We recently moved back to Encinitas Colorado and can not find two seats in Encinitas / La Costa that allow dogs on leashes: Orpheus Park and Viewpoint. But these parks are only during certain hours on certain dates. We are used to take our well-trained, well socialized dog to any number of dog parks in Boulder.
