IS enough food? What should I eat today to be healthy? =/..?

10am-banana and 8z 2% discount on milk fat, and 10 oz water 1:15 Organic Quaker Instant Oatmeal, 14 hours 10 ounces of water a carrot, 10 oz water 3:30 a chocolate donuts, 10 ounces water and 1 egg yolk 2eggwhites 4:00 p.m. with ketchup, 20 oz water later on an apple, orange and some lettuce .. and? more good water: D I know I ruined the donut: / .. And worse, I was in bed all day since im sick and I can not go to the gym = / I'll try and maybe walk around the block about 15 minutes .. =]

I can not really answer that question for you .. you feel complete enough? Do you feel like you could eat more? Is your stomach growling with hunger pains? How you eat is entirely up to you and how you feel. If you 're still hungry, it's always good to eat something healthy, like baby carrots or something. As for today, if you feel full, then you had a good day. Of course, the donut could be ignored, but hey, it's OK to indulge once a while right? As long as you do not eat a donut a day, you'll be fine! Also, when you are sick, your metabolism actually speeds place, so do not worry about trying to burn the donuts. Consider it a treat when you are sick. Just pick you up tomorrow and you dust! I hope you feel better soon! Good luck!
